Led by Dr. Swing’s son Hilton, the family has decided to open this unique property to select individuals and families to enjoy the Refined Village Life of Flat Rock. Hilton knows that Braewood is not just another Mountain Community. He says “Braewood has been my home for over 30 years. I was raised on this property and have memories tied to the many unique places in Braewood. My father loves this place and he instilled that same love for this land in me. When my children are grown, my wife Bridget and I hope they will love it the same way we do”. Hilton and his family are retaining 4 of the 88 acres, which will preserve the original historic house and grounds for future generation. Hilton and his wife Bridget are the proud parents of 3 children and are very involved in the Flat Rock Community. “We are a hands-on family and very passionate about Braewood and all of our future neighbors.
